Water50 ml
Cilantro5 g

Instructions

Dice the onion and bell peppers (prep time: 8 minutes).

Mince the garlic (prep time: 1 minute).

Dice the tomatoes (prep time: 3 minutes). Chop the cilantro (prep time: 3 minutes).

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat (cook time: 1 minute).

Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 6-8 minutes (cook time: 8 minutes). Drain off any excess fat if necessary.

Add the diced onion and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until slightly softened, about 5-7 minutes (cook time: 7 minutes).

Stir in the minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant (cook time: 1 minute).

Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and water or broth to the skillet. Stir to combine.
