Extra Firm Tofu300 g
Yellow Onion50 g
Bell Pepper (any color)50 g
Fresh Spinach50 g
Nutritional Yeast10 g
Olive Oil5 ml
Turmeric1 g
Garlic Powder1 g
Onion Powder1 g
Salt1 g
Black Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Press excess water from the tofu. Crumble it into a bowl.

Finely chop the yellow onion and bell pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add onion and bell pepper and cook for 3-5 minutes until softened.

Add the crumbled tofu, nutritional yeast, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to coat the tofu evenly with spices.

Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, until the tofu is heated through and slightly browned.

Add the fresh spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
