shelled edamame (frozen or fresh)250 g
olive oil5 ml
smoked paprika2 g
garlic powder1 g
salt1 g
black pepper1 g

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C.

If using frozen edamame, thaw and pat them completely dry with a paper towel.

In a bowl, toss the edamame with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned edamame in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned and slightly crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

Let cool slightly before serving.
