Protein Powder25 g
Lactose-Free Milk180 ml
Water60 ml
Apple75 g
Walnuts10 g
Cinnamon1 g
Nutmeg0.5 g

Instructions

Dice the apple into small pieces. (2 minutes)

In a medium saucepan, combine the oats, lactose-free milk, water, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. (2 minutes)

Stir in the diced apple. Continue to simmer for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and the liquid is absorbed. (6 minutes)

Remove from heat. Stir in the protein powder until fully combined and no clumps remain. (1 minute)

Divide the oatmeal between two bowls and top with chopped walnuts. Serve immediately. (2 minutes)
