- Protein Powder25 g
- Water60 ml
- Apple75 g
- Walnuts10 g

Instructions

Dice the apple into small pieces. (2 minutes)

In a medium saucepan, combine the oats, lactose-free milk, water, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. (2 minutes)

Stir in the diced apple. Continue to simmer for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and the liquid is absorbed. (6 minutes)
