Apple200 g
Walnuts30 g
Cinnamon2 g
Maple syrup10 ml
Water30 ml

Instructions

Peel and dice the apple into small cubes (5 minutes).

In a small saucepan, combine the diced apple, cinnamon, maple syrup (if using), and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the apple softens and the liquid reduces slightly (5-10 minutes).

While the apple cooks, divide the plant-based yogurt between two bowls (1 minute).

Top each bowl of yogurt with the warm spiced apple mixture and chopped walnuts (2 minutes).
