- Fish Sauce5 ml
- Green Onion1 stalk

- Egg1 large
- Shrimp80 g
- Ground Pork50 g
- Bean Sprouts30 g
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together rice flour, water, egg, and a pinch of black pepper until smooth to form the crepe batter.

In a separate small bowl, combine ground pork with 2 ml of fish sauce and a dash of black pepper.

Heat 2 ml of cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook, breaking it up, until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove pork and set aside.

Add remaining 3 ml of cooking oil to the pan. Add shrimp and cook for 1 minute until pink. Return pork to the pan along with bean sprouts and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Pour the crepe batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges are crispy and the crepe is cooked through.
