Smoked Paprika0.5 g
Salt0.3 pinch

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a small bowl, toss the almonds with olive oil, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt until evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until fragrant and lightly toasted. Be careful not to burn.

Remove from oven and let cool completely. Once cooled, mix in the dried cranberries.
