Egg White2 large
Cottage Cheese250 g
Wild Garlic30 g
Olive Oil2 g
Whole Grain Bread20 g
Salt1 pinch
Black Pepper1 pinch

Instructions

Wash and finely chop the wild garlic.

In a bowl, whisk together the whole eggs and egg whites. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until scrambled to your desired consistency, about 5-7 minutes.

Just before the eggs are fully set, stir in the chopped wild garlic and cottage cheese. Cook for another minute until heated through.
