Wild Garlic5 g
Olive Oil1.5 ml
Salt1 pinch
Black Pepper1 pinch

Instructions

Slice the spring onions thinly and chop the wild garlic (or chives) finely.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper until well combined. Stir in the cottage cheese, spring onion, and wild garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set but still moist, about 5-7 minutes.
