ripe avocado140 g
lime juice10 ml
red onion, finely chopped10 g
cilantro, chopped5 g
salt1 g
chili powder (optional)0.5 g
radish100 g
cucumber100 g

Instructions

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

Add lime juice, finely chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, salt, and chili powder (if using).

Mash the ingredients with a fork until you reach your desired consistency (chunky or smooth). Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Wash and trim the radishes and cucumber. Cut them into sticks suitable for dipping.
