Tomatoes50 g
Red Onion20 g
Cilantro5 g
Lime Juice5 ml
Salt0.5 g
Chili Powder0.5 g
Tortilla Chips30 g

Instructions

If using fresh corn on the cob, cook it (boil or grill) and cut the kernels off. If using frozen corn, thaw it. (Prep time assumes corn is ready).

Dice the tomatoes and red onion into small pieces. Chop the fresh cilantro. (10 minutes)

In a bowl, combine the corn kernels, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro.

Add the lime juice, salt, and chili powder. Stir gently to combine. (2 minutes)
