Garlic3 g
Lime5 ml

Cucumber80 g
Bell Pepper60 g

Instructions

Drain and rinse the black beans (150 g). Finely mince the onion (15 g) and garlic (3 g). (5 minutes)

In a bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or potato masher until mostly smooth, leaving some texture. (2 minutes)
