- Spring Onion1 stalk
- All-purpose Flour15 g
- Vegetable Oil3 ml
- Corn70 g
- Egg1 small
Instructions

Step 1: If using fresh corn, cut kernels off the cob. If using frozen, thaw and pat dry. Finely chop the spring onion.

Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine corn kernels, all-purpose flour, egg, chopped spring onion, and fish sauce. Mix well until a thick batter forms.
