Cooked rice (white or brown)90 g
Fresh spinach80 g
Yellow onion40 g
Red bell pepper40 g
Olive oil6 ml
Garlic powder2 g
Paprika1 g
Salt1 tsp
Black pepper0.5 tsp

Instructions

Dice the onion and bell pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet with the turkey and vegetables.
