Lean Ground Beef140 g
Semolina25 g
Olive Oil5 g
Onion25 g
Garlic5 g
Fresh Parsley2.5 g
Water200 ml
Salt0.5 tsp
Black Pepper0.3 tsp

Instructions

In a small saucepan, bring 400ml water to a boil. Gradually whisk in the semolina, reducing heat to low. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

While semolina cooks, heat 5g olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.

Stir in chopped fresh parsley. Season the beef mixture with salt and pepper.

Divide the semolina porridge into two bowls. Top each serving with the savory ground beef mixture. Serve immediately.
