Instructions

Finely chop the leek (50 g) and fresh parsley (5 g). (2 minutes)

In a bowl, whisk together protein powder (50 g), flour (60 g), baking powder (5 g), salt (2 g), and black pepper (1 g). (1 minute)

Add the eggs (2 pcs) and water (120 ml) to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped leek and parsley. (2 minutes)

Heat olive oil (10 ml) in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour half of the batter into the pan to form pancakes. (1 minute)

Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining batter. (5 minutes)
