Onion30 g

Instructions

Drain and rinse the cannellini beans thoroughly. Dice the onion finely.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
