Cabbage175 g
Onion25 g
Garlic5 g

Soy Sauce7.5 ml
Ginger2.5 g
Black Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Grate the fresh ginger. Thinly slice the cabbage. (5 minutes)

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (0.5 minute). Add the ground pork and break it apart with a spoon. Cook for 2.5 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned and cooked through.

Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the thinly sliced cabbage, soy sauce, and black pepper (2 minutes). Sauté, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender-crisp.
