Instructions

Step 1: Place eggs in a small saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat, then immediately remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 10-12 minutes for hard-boiled eggs. (Adjust time for desired doneness).

Step 2: While eggs are cooking, wash and thinly slice radishes. Finely chop chives.

Step 3: Prepare the dip: In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well.

Step 4: Once eggs are cooked, drain hot water and immediately transfer them to an ice bath for 5 minutes to cool and stop the cooking process. Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half or quarters.
