Bell Pepper100 g

Parsley5 g
Chives3 g
Salt1 g
Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Wash and finely chop the bell pepper (3 minutes).

Wash and finely chop the parsley and chives (2 minutes).

Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat (1 minute). Add the chopped bell pepper and sauté for 7 minutes until softened (7 minutes).

While the pepper cooks, place the cottage cheese in a bowl.

Add the sautéed bell pepper, chopped parsley, and chives to the cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Gently mix to combine (2 minutes). Serve immediately.
