Chives5 g

Black Pepper1 pinch

Instructions

Slice mushrooms and mince garlic. Chop chives.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic, sauté for 5-6 minutes until softened and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in chopped chives.

While mushrooms are cooking, toast the whole wheat bread slices until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes).

Spread cottage cheese evenly over the toasted bread. Top with the sautéed mushrooms. Serve immediately.
