Water300 ml
Milk100 ml
Cottage Cheese300 g
Chives10 g
Salt2 g
Pepper1 g
Olive Oil10 ml

Instructions

Measure 80g of oats, 300ml of water, and 100ml of milk.

Finely chop 10g of chives.

Combine the oats, water, and milk in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Cook, stirring occasionally, for 7-10 minutes, or until the oats have reached your desired consistency.

Remove from heat. Stir in 300g of cottage cheese, the chopped chives, 2g of salt, 1g of pepper, and 10ml of olive oil.

Mix until well combined. Divide into two bowls and serve immediately.
