Savory Cottage Cheese Bowl with Sautéed Zucchini and Walnuts

Cottage Cheese350 g
Zucchini150 g
Olive Oil15 ml
Walnuts20 g
Garlic1 g
Dill2 g
Parsley2 g
Salt1 g
Pepper0.4 g

Instructions

Finely chop the garlic (1 minute). Wash and dice the zucchini (3 minutes). Wash and chop the fresh dill and parsley (3 minutes).

Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat (1 minute). Add the chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the diced zucchini to the pan and sauté for 4 minutes until slightly softened but still firm.

While zucchini cooks, divide the cottage cheese between two bowls (1 minute). Roughly chop the walnuts (1 minute).

Season the sautéed zucchini with salt and pepper (30 seconds). Stir in half of the chopped dill and parsley (30 seconds).

Spoon the sautéed zucchini mixture over the cottage cheese in each bowl (30 seconds). Top with chopped walnuts and the remaining fresh herbs (30 seconds).
