- Large Egg1 piece
- Frozen Mixed Vegetables0.5 cup

- Ginger Powder0.3 tsp
Instructions

If starting with raw chicken, cook and shred or dice it. If using leftover cooked rice, ensure it's ready.

Heat olive oil or dairy-free butter alternative in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the cooked chicken, cooked rice, and frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.

Push the chicken, rice, and vegetables to one side of the skillet. Crack the eggs into the empty side and scramble them, breaking them up with a spatula.
