Cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast200 g
Cooked brown rice150 g
Large eggs3 pcs
Bell pepper (any color)100 g
Onion50 g
Fresh spinach100 g
Olive oil15 ml
Garlic powder2 g
Onion powder2 g
Salt1 g
Black pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Dice the bell pepper and onion.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add diced bell pepper and onion and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.

Add the cooked chicken and cooked brown rice to the skillet. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Add the fresh spinach and cook, stirring, until wilted.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. Pour the whisked eggs over the chicken and rice mixture in the skillet.
