- Large Egg2 pcs
- Potato75 g
- Dried Thyme1 g
Instructions

Dice the potato into small cubes (about 1 cm).

Heat 5 ml of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the diced potato and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and tender. Remove from the pan and set aside.

While potatoes cook, finely chop the onion and bell pepper.

Add the remaining 5 ml of olive oil to the same pan. Add the ground chicken and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the pan with the chicken. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.
