Bell pepper40 g

Instructions

Dice potatoes into small cubes (about 1 cm). Finely chop the onion and bell pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add the diced potatoes, onion, and bell pepper to the skillet. Season generously with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.

Stir to combine and cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and browned, about 15-20 minutes.

Make two wells in the hash mixture and crack an egg into each well.

Cover the skillet and cook until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 4-6 minutes (or longer if you prefer firmer yolks).
