- Broccoli florets300 g
- Bell pepper (any color)150 g
- Onion100 g
- Garlic4 cloves

- Olive oil30 ml

- Black pepper2 g

- Sirloin steak (raw weight)400 g
- Fresh rosemary sprigs2 pcs
- Fresh thyme sprigs2 pcs
- Water or vegetable broth300 ml
