Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, toss the pumpkin seeds with olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, and salt until evenly coated.

Roast for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
