Smoked Paprika1 g

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) (5 minutes).

In a small bowl, toss 50g of pumpkin seeds with 5ml of olive oil, 2g of smoked paprika, and 1g of salt until evenly coated (3 minutes).

Spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds in a single layer on a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper (1 minute).

Roast for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant (15 minutes).

Let cool completely before serving (optional, not included in time calculation). Divide into two portions.
