Drain and rinse 150 grams of cooked or canned chickpeas very well. Pat them completely dry with paper towels (3 minutes). This is crucial for crispiness.

In a small bowl, toss the dried chickpeas with 5 ml of olive oil, 5 grams of paprika, and a pinch of salt (2 minutes).

Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
