Shelled Edamame125 g
Pumpkin Seeds20 g
Olive Oil1.9 ml
Smoked Paprika0.3 tsp
Salt0.3 tsp

Instructions

Step 1: If using frozen edamame, thaw by rinsing under warm water or microwaving briefly.

Step 2: In a bowl, combine the shelled edamame and pumpkin seeds. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with smoked paprika and salt. Toss to coat evenly.

Step 3: Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet or in an air fryer basket.

Step 4: Roast in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) or air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 5-7 minutes, stirring halfway, until lightly golden and fragrant. Serve warm.
