raw chicken breast280 g
broccoli florets200 g
asparagus spears150 g
olive oil45 ml
garlic powder2 g
onion powder2 g
paprika1 g
salt2 g
black pepper1 g
lemon30 ml

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets and asparagus spears with half of the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Pat the chicken breast dry and rub with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breast on the baking sheet with the vegetables.

Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 74°C / 165°F) and vegetables are tender and slightly browned.

Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Serve the sliced chicken breast with the roasted vegetables. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and vegetables before serving, if desired.
