- Jasmine Rice80 g
- Fish Sauce1 tbsp
- Garlic1 clove
- Spring Onion1 stalk
- Sesame Oil0.5 tsp
- Ground Pork180 g
- Soy Sauce0.5 tbsp
- Sugar0.5 tsp
- Cilantro5 g
- Water2 tbsp
Instructions

If not pre-cooked, prepare 80g jasmine rice according to package instructions.

Mince the garlic clove and finely chop the spring onion and cilantro.

In a small pan, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the ground pork to the pan and break it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
