Onion100 g
Garlic20 g
Cabbage200 g
Leek100 g
Potato100 g
Oil5 ml

Instructions

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Thinly slice the cabbage and leek. Dice the potato into small cubes. (8 minutes)

Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the turkey mince and brown it, breaking it up with a spoon, for about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped onion, garlic, cabbage, leek, and potato to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender-crisp and the potato is cooked through, about 7 minutes.

Stir everything together and serve hot.
