Tofu600 g
Onion100 g
Mushrooms150 g
Spinach150 g
Oil15 ml
Nutritional Yeast15 g
Turmeric2 g
Salt2 g
Pepper1 g
Black Salt1 g

Instructions

Press the tofu gently to remove excess water (3 minutes). Crumble the tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Finely chop the onion (2 minutes), slice the mushrooms (2 minutes), and wash the spinach (1 minute).

Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat (1 minute). Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 4 minutes.

Add the crumbled tofu, nutritional yeast, turmeric, black salt (if using), salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir gently to combine and cook for 3 minutes, allowing the tofu to heat through and absorb the flavors.

Stir in the spinach and cook just until wilted, about 1 minute.
