Onion50 g

Instructions

Chop the onion (3 minutes). Mince the garlic (1 minute). Chop the kale (2 minutes). Crumble the firm tofu into bite-sized pieces (1 minute). Total prep time: 7 minutes.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat (1 minute). Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened (3 minutes).

Add the minced garlic and chopped kale to the skillet. Sauté until the kale is wilted (3 minutes).

Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet. If using, add a pinch of turmeric for color. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is heated through and slightly browned in places (6 minutes).

Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the lactose-free protein powder until well combined (1 minute). Serve immediately. Total cook time: 14 minutes.
