- Kale200 g
- Turmeric1 g
Instructions

Chop the onion (3 minutes). Mince the garlic (1 minute). Chop the kale (2 minutes). Crumble the firm tofu into bite-sized pieces (1 minute). Total prep time: 7 minutes.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat (1 minute). Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened (3 minutes).
