Raw sunflower seeds20 g
Olive oil3 ml
Chili powder2 g
Cumin1 g
Salt0.5 g

Instructions

Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).

In a small bowl, toss pepitas and sunflower seeds with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and salt until evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned seeds in a single layer on a small baking sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly toasted and fragrant. Watch carefully as they can burn quickly.

Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
