Zucchini100 g
Bell Pepper100 g
Onion50 g
Olive Oil5 ml

Pepper1 g

Instructions

Finely chop the onion (2 minutes).

Dice the zucchini and bell pepper into small pieces (4 minutes).

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat (1 minute). Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.

Add the diced zucchini and bell pepper to the pan and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

While vegetables cook, whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper (1 minute). Grate the cheese (1 minute).

Pour the whisked eggs over the vegetables in the pan. Cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are set but still slightly moist, about 3 minutes.
