Instructions

Drain and rinse 120 g canned white beans (1 minute).

Peel and chop 100 g carrot and 100 g celeriac into sticks (3 minutes).

In a blender or food processor, combine the rinsed white beans, 15 g tahini, 15 ml lemon juice, 5 g garlic, 15 ml olive oil, 30 ml water, 1 g salt, and 0.5 g pepper (1 minute).
