Olive Oil10 ml
Onion50 g
Bell Pepper50 g
Zucchini50 g
Garlic8 g
Thyme2 g
Rosemary2 g
Salt2 g
Pepper1 g

Instructions

Finely chop the onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and mince the garlic. (5 minutes)

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and brown it, breaking it up with a spoon, for 5-7 minutes.

Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and minced garlic to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are slightly softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to combine the flavors. (1-2 minutes)

Divide the hash between two plates and serve immediately.
