Cottage cheese400 g
Tomatoes100 g
Cucumber100 g
Parsley10 g
Dill5 g
Olive oil20 ml
Salt2 g
Pepper1 g
Whole grain bread60 g

Instructions

Wash 100g of tomatoes and 100g of cucumber. Dice both into small pieces (approx. 3 minutes).

Finely chop 10g of fresh parsley and 5g of fresh dill (approx. 2 minutes).

In a bowl, combine 400g of cottage cheese with the diced tomatoes, cucumber, chopped parsley, and dill (approx. 1 minute).

Drizzle the mixture with 20ml of olive oil. Season with 2g of salt and 1g of pepper (approx. 1 minute).
