Ingredients
- Lean Ground Chicken100 g
- Fish Sauce5 ml
- Spring Onion20 g
- Salt1 pinch
- Black Pepper1 pinch
- Quick Oats40 g
- Egg1 large
- Ginger10 g
- Water300 ml
Instructions

Finely mince the ginger and thinly slice half of the spring onion for garnish; chop the other half into small pieces.

In a small saucepan, bring 300ml of water to a boil. Add the quick oats and chopped spring onion, stirring well.

In a separate small pan, quickly brown the lean ground chicken over medium-high heat. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Once chicken is cooked, add it to the simmering oats. Stir in the minced ginger and fish sauce.

Simultaneously, soft-boil the egg in a separate pot for 6-7 minutes. Once cooked, peel and halve.
