Protein Powder60 g
Flour30 g
Egg2 pcs
Milk100 ml
Baking Powder5 g
Olive Oil7 g
Berries100 g

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 100ml milk, and 60g protein powder until smooth (2 minutes).

Add 30g flour and 5g baking powder to the batter and whisk until just combined, being careful not to overmix (1 minute).

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add 7g olive oil (1 minute).

Pour half of the batter onto the pan for the first pancake (30 seconds).

Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (8 minutes). Repeat with the remaining batter.

While the second pancake cooks, wash 100g berries (1 minute).
