Quick Protein Oats with Seasonal Peach

- Milk300 ml
- Oats100 g
- Protein Powder50 g
- Peach150 g
Instructions

Measure 100g of oats and 300ml of milk into a saucepan.
- 2Step 2
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes until the oats are cooked and creamy. (7 minutes)

While oats cook, wash and dice 150g of peach. (5 minutes)
- 4Step 4
Remove oats from heat. Stir in 50g of protein powder until fully combined. (1 minute)
- 5Step 5
Divide the protein oats into two bowls and top each with half of the diced peach. (1 minute)
