Thinly slice the Beef Sirloin (100 g) into small strips or cubes. Dice the Onion (20 g), Zucchini (40 g), Bell Pepper (40 g), and Tomatoes (40 g). Mince the Garlic (5 g). Chop the Cilantro (5 g). (Prep time: 10 minutes)

Heat the Olive Oil (3 ml) in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove beef from the pan and set aside. (Cook time: 4 minutes)
