Instructions

In a bowl, combine the pre-cooked beef strips, drained and rinsed lentils, chopped carrots, and chopped celery.

In a small cup or directly over the bowl, whisk together the rapeseed oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
