Spinach300 g
Cottage Cheese200 g
Olive Oil10 ml
Salt2 g
Pepper2 g

Instructions

Wash 300g of spinach and 200g of cherry tomatoes (if using tomatoes instead of cottage cheese).

Heat 10ml of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat (1 minute). Add the spinach and sauté until wilted (2 minutes). Remove spinach and season with salt and pepper (1 minute).

Crack 6 eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper. Fry to your desired doneness (e.g., sunny-side up for 2 minutes).

Serve the fried eggs and sautéed spinach alongside 200g of cottage cheese. (1 minute)
