Quick Cook Oatmeal with Sautéed Pear and Walnuts

Oats120 g
Plant milk400 ml
Pear150 g
Walnuts20 g
Cinnamon3 g

Instructions

Peel, core, and dice the pear into small pieces (5 minutes).

Measure out the oats, plant milk, walnuts, and cinnamon (3 minutes).

In a small saucepan, bring the plant milk and oats to a simmer over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 7 minutes, or until thickened.

While the oats cook, heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the diced pear and cinnamon. Sauté for 5 minutes until softened and slightly caramelized.

Divide the cooked oatmeal between two bowls. Top with the sautéed pear and walnuts. Serve immediately.
