Instructions

Trim any connective tissue from the chicken livers (2 minutes). Slice the onion thinly (3 minutes).

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion and sauté until softened and slightly caramelized, about 3 minutes.

Add the chicken livers to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the corn and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
